FJ40 Front door glass

I give up how do you get it out? I have removed everything,all felts channels regulator. I have pryed the glass from the channel it sits in and it is just a bare piece of glass left. Whats the trick?

iirc rotate it 90 degrees .

Pry it out with the other half of the horse?
