Trying to find parts here is almost like being in Alaska again!
The distance isn't really a problem, its the price of diesel...........A 14 hour round trip in fuel gets rather expensive. :(

i see it all the time...shipping is another issue always...

seems people think a $20 part should be shipped for free.....

but the shipping companies don't see it that way....

well best of luck in your search, Ranger

Ranger,

I'm in OR (about 8 hours from Boise); the cap I've got is an earlier (corrugated side) version (i.e. a little wider). Not sure what vintage rig you're trying to morph, but just in case...good luck!

Its a bastard rig, a little bit from many different years.
I'm chopping the fiberglass cap up for my FJ40/45 project, not having any luck finding one local. If I can't find something I might have to do another out of state adventure to get parts. Thanks!

I got a quote to ship one freight coast to coast, 575.00 plus 150.00 to crate it up. EXPENSIVE.
