I like option number 2 .......
You would be the envy of the duck hunting camp. :)
It is easy to see why don't recommend applying the material yourself. It looks very labor intensive.

Some better pics

Mike was nice enough to bring the 40 by the office so that we could get some nice shots outside. Here's the final glamour shots!

Awesome work! Your guy really rocks :bounce:. The vehicle wrap brings an impactful look to the vehicle by catering to our personalization needs. My uncle promoted his garment business through vehicle wrap with the help of Club Ink, Toronto. The campaign was successful as the wrap was very attractive and reaches mass people with less cost. I’m planning to have a vehicle wrapper, whether you are providing any warranty?

Pattern Selection

Very interesting and a pretty easy way to change the look of your vehicle without the work or expense of painting.

What about pattern selection? Since I assume you guys just print these sheets on large format inkjet? printers, wouldn't the selection of patterns be wide open to anything under the sun? Logo's, JPG images, self made patterns?

What would the additional costs be if the same FJ40 had doors and a solid top?

Thanks,
Blake

That's the beauty of this process, it's printed on a blank white material so you really can print anything! Of course it's best if it's a high resolution photo or vector design, but it's fun to think of the possibilities. We are also graphic designers, so we made this pattern and can produce in house any kind of art our clients ask for. I don't think it would add too much to the cost to add in doors and a top, probably a few hundred for the extra square footage.

CMHAR82,

By chance do you guys have access to the Kryptek patterns?

Thanks,

Blake

Hey Blake,
We haven't worked with them before, but I just emailed them to see if we can use their patterns. They've got some cool stuff, but it's so good you might actually lose your car in the woods!

The two patterns I am most interested in are the Highlander and the Mandrake. I can't decide between them yet, but if you get the okay to use them, maybe you can print off a sheet of each. That way I can attach one of each and see if I can find the 40. LoL

Thanks for the update!

Blake

We'll if you get board with it and want something different you can always go back to your original paint underneath the wrap latter. Perfect for those like me that just 'can't' decide on a color for longer than a year, well now you try something wild or different and go back the original later. Also on a side note you dont have to wrap the whole thing you can just do a section, stripes or 'partial' wrap many have seen the ARB FJ (not my handy work).

I really like the ARB FJ wrap. Shows a lot of originality, not something you will see rolling down the road everyday. I have not seen it in person, but will upload a couple pix once I get back to a PC.

cmhar82 is currently working on a custom designed wrap for my 40. Will post pix once it is complete. Nothing but GREAT things to say about cmhar82/Battle Ground Printing.
