I have a front bumper on my 1971 fj40 I’m hoping to give away. I don’t feel like messing with shipping so offering for free pickup only in Richmond Va.

I believe it is a confer bumper, is there a plate for the winch to mount behind the license plate?

No plate behind the bumper. I suppose one could be welded in. I can take more pics if you need them.
