L@@king for a set of B pillar caps - Looking for at least 1" more prefered..to work with ( this is the post that the hardtop post slides into )

What is the difference between the pre/post 75 pillar?

They seem to be shaped a bit differently..and the later models have a second small hole for unknown purpose. I was looking to replace the top 6 or so inches...and as you can see in my pic....later models balloon at the top
