FJ40 A/C/ Unit Repair

I have a dealer installed A/C unit that need a little repair. The under dash unit is cracked in a couple of places on the plastic body and saggs a little, and I'm assuming if I had the condenser and whatnot all hooked up I'd be losing air there as well. Any ideas on how to repair the body of the under dash unit and make it ridgid like it once was?

I should add, I'd like it to look nice and as inconspicuously repaired as possible.

Short of buying a new unit from Vintage Air, etc. consider one of those plastic welding kits you see at Eastwood, JC Whitney, etc. Never used one though.
