Hi guys,

I'm looking for a very clean and very stock late model FJ40. I know these don't come cheap, and I can go up to $30k for the right one.

I'm not interested in anything that has been lifted more than 2", turned into a rock crawler, has diamond plate, and such. I want the truck to be as close to looking like it just rolled off the factory floor as possible.

I have one that i have considered selling if the price was right. I can give you some details but it matches much of what you are looking for. 1980 Fj40, very solid, desert beige, factory power steering and a/c. Shoot me your email and i will contact you.
 
I have a 1980 mustard yellow fj40 with literally no rust....anywhere... vehicle has been garage kept for the past 15 yrs and only taken out on dry pavement 4-5 times per yr since I bought it. Has a 2-3 inch lift some bigger wheels and tires but is otherwise stock. Custom stereo. Originally built by tLC 4X4 ....the Landcruiser gurus in Cali.

post some pics to drool over, I am getting 79 bj40 project and intentions are to go stock mustard yellow. No intention to hijack just want to see the cruiser porn!

I have a very late '82 (Aug '82 build date - virtually an '83) Toyota "464 Beige" that I bought to make perfect. This is a VERY complete, VERY original truck (one of the rare ones that still has all emissions components still on it). It has some of the typical rust at the rear corners found on the later models, but I bought it because it has MUCH less than most of the ones out there.

I have come to the conclusion that my needs are better served by the later model Land Cruisers (wagons, specifically), so I've made the decision to sell it. I will sell it for much less than others this original, so you'd have money to save or put into whatever you'd want to do with it. $14,500

On that site you have one sold. Then what appears to be the same rig, listed as a 77, with no further info, and what looks like the same rig as a 79 with pics. Could not find the 82, unless it was the sold one.
