I have a set of mustard colored door hinges for the front and ambulance doors from a 1976 FJ40.
One of the ambulance door hinges has a very slight bend that I only could tell after having been removed but shouldn't be too hard to bend straight. Front pins not included but could be worked in for $15 if needed.
