I do like driveing one of these new modern FJ40 with the three on the tree.
I do need to get a couple of new hub caps with holes. All mine were done by POs and look it. Same thing with my early hubs caps. Bought a couple from Mike with OEM hole because the rest were hand cut.
I do have enough to use them on the trail now.
The PO of the 1970 used full caps and remove them to lock the hubs. The hubs are second generation Husky hubs. Had never seen any before. Even rarer than the original Husky hubs. I just wonder if they are any better than the originals?
If you look close at the lock out hubs you will see that work backwards then you would think. I found that out last time I was driving up a hill in snow.:whoops:

Mabye Madonna can come up with some way to use a couple front ones with the hole cut out?
