So...do you need an 80 to fab up some of these for???? I bent mine at CM, but wasn't sure what to replace them with.

Turn them over and go back to Moab. This way they'll come back straight. :)

I think the Fj40,60,80 Market is already pretty full of vendors.

FWIW Slee already has 1/4" Wall DOM links for an 80 with stock bushings.

Part #:SOF1025 - $400 per set

That is pretty much what I would have to charge as well, but with the RE SF ends. I also really want to stay off the radar of Slee, SOR, MAF, etc. I have a good thing going in the 4Runner world, I'll dabble into the FJC because it's pretty much a shortened 03-06 4Runner.

With all respect, I don't think I want to make anything for the 80. I think the other vendors have it pretty well covered already.

Now you should start making things for the 100. The market is there and is growing FAST. We need:

Unique aggressive front bumper to improve approach angle
Front and middle skid plate improvement
T-case skid plate
Revised rear sway bar bracket for those running OME L-shocks
Rear control arms (like this thread)

That's a start. Somebody's gonna make money off these parts.

If you really want to help the 100 crowd, market an SAS kit. You could even sell the kits at cost and make your money on installs, 'cause we all know 100 owners can't wrench. :D

No SAS. You'd kill the truck. No Steven! Don't listen to Spike. :D Instead, accessorize us buddy.

Why would they need that? 'cause we all know 100 owners don't wheel. :D

I have done my share of SAS's and hard line work is not for me. All that cutting and grinding and overhead welding is a sure thing for a trip to the eye doctor, no matter how careful you are.

Old IFS is easy. 96+ is an ordeal.

Time to get rid of the Angle Iron I see. I am willing to make 100 stuff as the "others" have ignored it, just like the 4Runner.

My main concern is that I don't get into a price war like the Profield/Longfield or Marlin/AllPrp/TrailGear debacle.

Make the 100 available Johnny and you will get the goods. Even better goods with Jeep parts.......

Ok they are built.

2 sets of 4Runner links and the FJC set were on the list for today.

Now they all go off to get painted, then tomorrow assembled and will be 100% complete. Ready to install on an FJ Crusier. I'm also willing to bet the little side brackets could probably hold the truck up as well. I don't think the stock 1/16" ones would last long out on the rocks.

I'm in. Told you I'd be a guinea pig, now I need to back it up. Need to figure the right shox - think the "dirt cheap" 80's will work on the FJC?

I have a set we can test fit, if you want to find out.

Do you have a extended and compressed measurement for your stock FJC shocks?

I can get you stock 80 rear shocks @ wholesale with no tax to sweeten the deal. If they will work.

The Old Man Emu 80 shocks are ever longer and I have an "in" with those as well............

Although I can't discount the links, I can help you in other ways.........

Like a Daystar lift @ cost..........

Let's do it. My July is shot due to vacation and a sales meeting. I'll get with ya late July to work something out.

They are done. $450.00

FJC_Link_004.jpg

100% Bolt-On.

1.5" DOM Tube with 1/4" wall.

Rubicon Express Super Flex Joints on both ends.

Machined spacers/adapters for bolt on installation.

1/4" parking brake tabs, strong enough to support the entire truck.

Time to put them on someones rig......

Ok. I could probably do it with just 1 lower link from the thing. If you did not want to come up to Phoenix. I would need one that doesn't have the angle so I could get more accurate measurements.

I want the other stuff. New skids, etc, etc. :)

Someone else should send you a non-angles arm though.
