Fender Welting/Gasket - Color Question (1 Viewer)

I am looking into painting my FZJ80 and trying to get some of the parts lined up for the shop. On the gold/champagne colored FZJ80s, is the welting technically white or was there a cream colored option? The welting is so old it just looks gray. Delta has two options for the welting - white or black.

If anyone has done black welting on a lighter colored vehicle, please send a photo! Curious what it would look like.

Not sure what came on these originally, but I think black is your only option now...white is NLA even though Delta shows it as an option (out of stock). That said, if someone knows of a source for white, I'd love to see the link!
