Looks like a bike rack to me.

Wow, I need to spend a little more time in the 100 section. This original write up was done five dys ago and I just caught it.

That a super set up you've got going there. I too would like to know a little more about the filler neck and what aux tank (volume) you have.

Nice write up Mobi.

Thanks for sharing all the details.

Nice, well-thought-out mods!

Is that dual filler neck retrofitted from an 80 or 105? All the 100 necks I've seen are the two-tube variety, point and shoot. The only ones I've seen with the butterfly diverter have been 80s or 105s.

Dual Filler neck from a 100 series (I'm told). Got it from SOR for $150 Talked to Paul at Spector (at the time)..here a picture of it...

Ahh, that's a 105 neck. Very similar or the same as the later 80 Series neck. Good to know that will bolt up to a 100 Series, as I much prefer the flapper type to the dual-opening filler neck for the 100.

X2

The other advantage of the 80/105 design is that you only have a single fill neck to deal with. This makes it easier to add a fuel nozzle restrictor to comply with EPA rules (and pass your visual smog inspection).

I have the dual opening neck. I let somebody borrow my 100 the other day and they went to fill the tank. After putting in 20 gallons, the fuel gauge still read empty. They filled the aux tank rather than the main tank.

You either aim the nozzle left or right. If you try and go straight in, the nozzle will hit the center divide and it'll be obvious the nozzle is not fully in place.

I think that's called the "taint"......industry term.

Nice writeup & Nice truck, I like it when all the electrical stuff works and is functional.

X10 on the DVD! But I won't let em watch it while we are wheeling, too much other good stuff to see.

I have a buddy at Hella who had a set of HID's. They're so big, they cut off airflow to his radiator so he sold them to me. I installed them on a TJM T16 which I'd actually like to replace with a T15, or perhaps a Slee unit when he gets off his lazy ass and finishes the front bumper. I painted the HID's the same color as the truck as the originals have a bright red bezel which screams "please steal me!"

Cant find that bull guard online. Where did you get it? Are you planning on parting with it?
