Headline says it all - I need to replace a clutch and UPS lost the pressure plate and other parts and all I got was a flywheel from SOR. Got pissed at them telling me to go get fxxxed and not even offering to split the shipping charge (a total of $20 more on their half after they get a UPS claim of $35 when I offer to pony up another $50) to overnight parts to make it right and let me keep my schedule for a Montana trip on Tuesday next week.

So...where to buy LUK clutch or OEM from dealer in Reno over Nevada Day weekend? Napa?

IIRC a Chevy six uses the same clutch and pressure plate Check the 40's FAQ or PM Poser.
NAPA surprises me once in a while so they might be worth a call,or check theri web site.

I went through a similar deal with Northern Tool and UPS, but they made it right!

Hey thanks guys for the input, I'll be around Reno/Carson this weekend but its Nevada Day so who knows who will be open and when. Forgot about Summit, I'll try a couple phone call today and see what I can track down.

LUK clutch kits have served me well in 3/4ton diesel applications, I'm sure a stock 2F and regeared for 35s shouldn't make any decent clutch squeal.
 
from the sounds of things SOR wasnt the prob UPS iwould be the prob for losing the other parts to your clutch and if UPS lost it then SOR isnt responsible for them its a UPS thing but i would agree it bites thats for sure
