Farewell BBQ

Welp, we have a contract and closing date set for our new home in Texas. As our departure draws nearer it's hard for Debi & I not to be a little misty eyed at leaving so many good friends, family and our church family.

We've decided to have one last get together with everyone who wants to show up. We're planning on throwing some burgers, dogs and brats on the grill Sunday, June 14th, 'bout 2:00 PM. We'll spend the afternoon fishin' in the pond, swapping lies and reliving good times.

Our address for those that haven't been here is 325 Willow Ct., Goddard (just west of Wichita). Everyone is welcome!!!!! Bring a side if ya want, bring your favorite adult beverage and bring a lawn chair.

We're sure gonna miss y'all and hopefully we'll see ya on the trail!

Its good news you all have a contract. Have you all started looking down in texas yet? I too only have about 2 more weeks left here in kansas. I am heading to the east coast closer to home.

Yes we do. We are scheduled to close on it 4 days after we close here. It's about 500 sq. ft. smaller then what we have now, but is a newer home with lots of trees and a community pool, play ground and tennis courts about 2 blocks away. The best part is it's at the end of a T-intersection so getting the gooseneck in and out of the drive will be a piece of cake .

Our new address will be 5419 Teakwood Lane, Magnolia, TX.....
