Fan Shroud differences?

A friend is looking to buy a fan shroud from a 63 (fj40) and wondering if it will fit his 1960 fj25

I was almost positive yes it would fit.... however upon thinking about it recall something changed with the water pump? around 63/64ish offset more earlier and newer centered more?

went it went to f145? maybe it changed?

i believe currently he is using a plastic fan... never got to see his 25 in person yet

That should work, 63 FJ40 shroud to 60 FJ25. Not sure about the plastic fan though.

Here is a 1960 FJ25 fan shroud and a 1965 FJ45 fan shroud.

Could be wrong but believe the six blade plastic fan will work as a replacement for the four blade steel fan blade.
