Failed California Smog... Suggestions?

SOR has jets, and the 145 is the primary size, I think. Don't know if you have to reduce the primary and secondary, and what year carb jets are interchangeable. Like I said, I bought two years so I didn't have to think about it...

I was only given one jet, so I would presume that they only changed one jet. Since I didn't pull the small one back out unfortunately I've no idea what it was.

That doesn't sound like a Land Cruiser guru worked on your cruiser. Mine just passed with flying colors and it runs like a champ.
