Been Googling last night. 62 is a little bigger. Ill make it work. Sledge hammer and a cutting tool will persuade anything. Ill post back. Sorry for hijacking this thread

No worries. Curious of your fitment issues and how yours looks when mounted. Please post results!

Damn no go. Little pissed. Didnt want to start cutting anything. Any one know if there is a conversion bracket? Surely Im not the only one to try this in the last 24 years. Maybe Ill call or email SOR and see what they have to say. Thanks

Well me being a pack rat I found some old steel brackets. It came from a universal brush guard I had in my shed. I cut them down to size and bolted them to the mounting bracket under the bumper cover. Same holes as if it was attached the regular way. Still not done. Need a little more cutting to clean up some edges. Im 250 and was bouncing on the guard. Pretty damn sturdy. This is actually a heavy guard. This is only a temp fit up

Looks good so far. Nice work. I like the look of that guard with the holes in it.

After finding this photo online, I realized what the vacant holes on the side of my brush guard were for. Tow hook. Duh....

I relocated my existing bumper tow hook and ordered a second one from a Crusier being parted out here to fill the holes on the other side. Now I feel complete. Like the dual hooks. I positioned mine on the inside rather than outside though.

I don't think I would trust them to winch from. The uprights on the guard are pretty stout and bolted to the frame so in an emergency situation I'm sure it would do the job. Seeing as how I don't have a winch nor take my rig wheeling to speak of I guess they are mainly for looks more than anything. If I were relying on my bumper for recovery, I would have got an ARB.

Is the front end on a 60 wider than a 62? I just ordered a ARB bumper and they had it listed as fitting both the 60 and 62 ? Now I am worried [emoji37]

I grew up in the land of small deer, where a push bar like that would do a pretty good job of slicing up a deer
rather than having it land in your lap- they always jump, so it shoves your hood and rad support
up into the cowl and the windshield. Yeah, you got some spatter, and maybe the grille, but you could drive home.

Around here, the deer are a lot bigger, and I'm not sure that little pushbar'd stop 'em.

Probably wouldn't even phaze a moose...
