OK, zeroing in on this now. Do the hazard lights work on all four corners? Does the horn work? Do the headlights work?

If the hazard lights flash in the front but not the rear then it's definitely a problem with the ID2 connector and/or associated wiring.
If the hazard and horn do not work at all, then it's a power source problem.
Did you replace the fusible links as discussed earlier?
Did you do any other work on the vehicle other than remove the alarm since the last time the engine ran?

(These may seem like random questions but they're not. They are asked based on looking at the electrical wiring diagram and the answers will help determine what subsystems are functioning correctly and which are not.)

PROBLEM SOLVED

A big thanks goes out to Todd Bergeson for coming by to troubleshoot the 80 with me and ultimately resolving the problem. After tracking lines and throwing the official Toyota Diagnostic tool on the OBDII we did confirm that we had an ignition problem. Further testing with the mutli-meter lead us to a connection under the center console that was undone. Once we reconnected the plug she fired right up.

I also want to thank all you guys on the forum for helping out and giving me feedback (@TrickyT, @blkprj80, @Kernal, anyone else I maybe missing).

Congratulation, Sammi! Glad you found the problem. In your earlier postings you never mentioned having the center console apart.

PKP80,
I have the same aftermarket alarm you show in the pictures, and getting ready to remove it so reading through your post thoroughly I wanted to ask if you had any final pics from the connector you found that was disconnected. I am concerned about starting this job and bricking the truck for a week while I figure out what the heck I did. Thanks!

Reading between the lines of post #42, I interpreted the problem to be that in addition to removing the aftermarket alarm, Sammi had also done other work on his truck that involved removing the center console and disconnecting that connector. In other words, removal of the alarm was not the cause of his problem. Rather it was other unrelated work. (Sammi, apologies if I've got this wrong.)

No key. Hotwire under column all heavy wire ends connect , tap red to the bundle to start. This bypassed my key, but now I poured water in alarm box accident, pulled large center plug to off alarm and in to start then out to drive with no alarm but won’t start with out box , it’s like getting my key back ,
