Fabrication question

Anyone in the general area competent to duplicate this design (and at an "affordable" price)? https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/257957-spare-tire-carrier-bolts-bumper.html

I know, I know, competent and affordable are often two different issues, but the guy who came up with this carrier asked the question on another thread "would anyone be interested in these at $400 each?" Depending on a few questions about the finished product, that price is in the ballpark for me to get interested in a couple of them.

Any recommendations on fabricators from anyone and/or is there another non total-bumper replacement tire carrier out there I should be considering?

I just got home and read the thread. If you can get all the pieces, I can get it done, but I can't have it before the crawl. I am just to busy.

have you thought about a wilco hitch gate? it goes into the 2 in trailer hitch. havent seen one in a while but every now and then one will pop up on ebay for about $300. i think they are around $700 new if you can find one. but in my opinion id just get a bumper from iron pig versus buying a new wilco.

I still have not replaced tuperware bumper torn off at the ramble. Its around 2500 dollars for a rear bumper with all the swing outs.
