I was scared that i was losing coolant because of so much white smoke, so after i flushed and filled the system i ran it for a few days and marked the overflow.

Well i checked it maybe a month later and there is coolant above the full line, when before it was at my mark which was between the full and empty line.

What happend? Is maybe the coolant getting too hot and just all dumping into the overflow?

Coolent will come and go from the overflow. I would be concerned if the new extra collent is foaming, that would mean extra oil or if the overflow was empty.

How much extra coolent you talking about?

I'm not sure, if you were to take the distance between the full and empty, multiplied it by .25, and then added it to the full line, that would be approx where the level is IIRC. I'll go and take another look tonight.

Coolant level with the engine warm/running will be an inch or two higher than when cold. Best to get your data first thing in the morning when the motor's stone cold.
