I am selling my custom built expo trailer. It is the second one I have built, and I am looking to build another. I enjoy projects.... I built this off the style of the AT Horizon. No doubt, they do a better job than me, but this trailer is pretty sweet. The side boxes are used for kitchen on one side and storage on the other (they are 60" long). The cargo box is 30"(H) x 40"(W) x 60"(D). The overall length of the trailer is 112 inches from the tongue to the rear bumper. It is set up to track an 80 series land cruiser perfectly. The bolt pettern and the wheels match the land cruiser. The suspension is leaf springs with coil over shocks for stability and a nice ride. It tows great and has electric brakes. The tent is on a scissor lift system that raises the tent and awning up above head height when in use. This makes the annex and awning work perfectly, and keeps wind resistance down while towing. The tent is a standard MT. Rainer from CVT. It comes with the annex. The awning is a CVT as well and has the screen walls with it. We have towed this trailer thousands of miles and slept in the tent many nights. All the trailer wiring is mounted in the tongue box, and adding a battery to run your electronics would be a breeze. The trailer will be sold with the tent, awning, tongue box, and all the cargo area (main box and side boxes) will be empty. The trailer is sprayed with bed liner. The tires are BFG A/T and are a 265.
