Could be the magnaflow. I saw a build thread (Jade overland maybe?) that described the magnaflow overland exhaust in a similar manner. There are a few on here that have swapped out their exhaust for something that has that deep v8 throaty sound only when you step on it, but putting around town in traffic, should still be quiet. I don't recall who's done it or what the product is, but I'm sure they'll chime in soon.
Update? Any videos? How's the drone?Well gents, my Brockett Built resonated Y-pipe arrived today! Before and after sound clips coming soon. Planning to record sound from drivers seat at start up and run, as well near front right tire and rear right tire.
Three of the studs broke from the original exhaust. Hoping to finish it today.Update? Any videos? How's the drone?
Whoa that sucks. I'll wait patiently.Three of the studs broke from the original exhaust. Hoping to finish it today.
You can see where the stud snapped in the hole. I welded a bolt on to 2 so far.Whoa that sucks. I'll wait patiently.
Ouch. I am not looking forward to having my exhaust manifolds and headers upgraded in the future. I know the eventual shop is gonna have similar issues. LOLYou can see where the stud snapped in the hole. I welded a bolt on to 2 so far.

When I played the clips on my computer back to back I could only notice a small difference. Driving it, it sounds much better! The Y pipe opened it up quite a bit. Sounds great!
