Exhaust flanges 40 2F series

I am looking for a 3 hole flange for my 76 FJ40. Does it or will it come with the down pipe attached as I’m not a welder? I’m guessing a 10” down pipe would do. I’m in SoCal, how much?
 
What’s the chance you have the CADs for the exhaust manifold down pipe flange?

These are just the flange but I will check what we have for down pipe material in stock tomorrow. We could easily cut a piece of tube and weld it up for you.
 
As said this is just the flange coupler not the pipe, no pipe included. You can take the flange(s) with you to most any exhaust shop and have them weld what ever pipe leanth/and bend you want onto the flange. You will need two per section.

Okay no problem but I’m somewhat confused so I apologize before I start. The exhaust manifold has a flange. The exhaust manifold down pipe consists of a 3 bolt pattern flange (which you make) along with a down pipe (which I will deal with) so why would I need 2 flanges? The flange on the exhaust manifold is fine, it’s typically the flange on the down pipe that goes bad.

NOTE :
I do need to make a Note on the NEW flanges I.D. size to be used for exhaust pipe matching.
For some reason I have been referring that the flange center (I.D. of the new flange made) is accepting a exhaust pipe O.D. of 2", that is wrong, it is actually 2 1/8" O.D. exhaust pipe to be used that will fit snug inside the center of the new flange.

I am not an exhaust pipe expert but was told that Exhaust pipe is different in OD/ID dimensions than other pipe so I passing that along.


If you do have a 2" O.D. pipe and that pipe is not being replaced, and you want to use this stock size flange with the 2 1/8" center an easy fix is a tube expander. Harbor Fright has a cheap one that works good or you can have your pipe expanded at a muffler shop, that simple.
Just wanted to make sure you all know the O.D. of the exhaust pipe to be used with this new flange is 2 1/8".

Beautiful work Eric. Thanks for supporting the group. I would likely be a customer of the flange for the down pipe (with the narrow recess for the factory gasket). In answer to an earlier question about "why do you need the downpipe section for that part" it is because the OEM flange has a little bit of pipe sticking through the flange and it goes into the exhaust manifold about a quarter inch for centering up and acts as the inner wall for the gasket.
 
I’m trying to source a couple of those flanges that 65cruser makes. The coupler flange at the bottom of the collector. My orig flange was rusted beyond repair. Is there a business website to place order? Tried PM but unsure if they got it. Any help appreciated.
 
Sorry I have not heard back from him myself on the parts I sent him. That was back in 2019 ????
 
Thanks but I’ve got the one for the manifold with the uneven bolt holes. I need the one at the distal end of the collector. LIke in the thread above.
