After a bit of a hiatus from the Land Cruiser platform I'm excited to be back on IH8MUD. I have enjoyed ownership of an FJ40, FZJ80 and UZJ100 over the years and decided it was time to sell my Tacoma and purchase a 2026 LC 250. Purchased new in January of this year and dove right in making it my own. My goals with this build will lean towards more of an overlanding rig. Just getting started but wanted to introduce myself and share a few details of what has been done to date:
Suspension Details:
Front: Dobinson IMS front struts paired w/ C59-818 Coils, w Old Man Emu UCAs
Rear: Dobinson IMS Rear shocks paired w/ C59-885V Coils
Wheels: 17" Method 703 w/ +35 offset
Tires: BFG AT KO3, 315-70 R17
Front Bumper: Slee Offroad
Lights: NACHO Grandes & NACHO Quatros
Winch: 12k WARN
Rack: Westcott
Next big effort will be wiring, running power from the rear battery to engine bay. Purchased the Dissent Offroad Battery relocation kit to power my winch and Garmin Power Switch to control my NACHO lights. Hoping to see more activity in the LC250 section of MUD over the coming months.
