The coolant may be leaking through the head gasket? It's not a lot, but the exhaust color looks white. The coolant needs to be topped-up every week. Also checked and there are no leaks from the radiator or hoses. Thanks.

If no external leaks I would do a leak down test on all cylinders, do it cold and do it hot/warm. Does it run rough on cold starts?
My 93 truck (3.0l) last year developed an HG leak while I was at work all of a sudden ran rough for a few minutes and cleared up after the leak down It's #5 cylinder.
