Now, don't laugh at this little project but I got these Quick Brite LEDs for my Engel 
These lights are activated a separate magnet that you can stick on anywhere. To my surprise, the LED did very well with temps around 35* inside the fridge. Yes, the light does go off when I close the lid
The light output is great for seeing the contents of the fridge. I'm not sure of the permanent placement of the magnet so it's zip tied to the basket. Magnet does have a sticky back for permanent placement.
Anyway, just a quick/simple interior light solution for your fridges out on the wild! I purchased the lights from Target, in their As Seen on TV crap isle.
Now all I have to do is grow another six inches so that I can actually look inside the fridge from the ground!
