Any thoughts on the effect of the vehicle import rules and regulations?

Zero change. The vehicle still has to meet DOT compliance and that doesn’t come without crash test data by the manufacturer. The 25 year rule is still in effect.

I may be mistaken, but the DOT compliance is 21 years, or is it the other way round?
