Earth wire 2H

Hey there,weird thing is i just found this floating around.i have pulled it off and not put it back on i assume,it is connected to the block but am in need of help to where the other end goes please..the black and yellow wire.

are you talking about the eye terminal? is it a few inches from the battery end?
I think it should go battery end, ring terminal to the inner fender and the other end to the engine block

i think i get what you are saying,it looks like it mite fit on the bolt of the battery holder and the inner fender as in pic.?
