That looks like a Bj40/42/44 air cleaner.
Highly likely not what PO wants as it's a passenger side mounted for a B series motor, not the smooth top air cleaner that mounts off the head for a F motor.
If he in fact does not want this one - lets talk, I'm interested myself for this.

@65swb45 did you sell the smooth top air cleaner you had?
IIRC, I only have the lid. Last time I looked was when @mad_mace was on the hunt. And a lot of life has happened since then.

Mark, you've got a great memory!! With all the people you help and requests you get for parts, it's amazing you remember that. I never found one. Fortunately, my truck was in a transition year where a '64 air cleaner does not look out of place.
It’s a mixed blessing Dean: there’s a lot of things I don’t forget either.
For what it's worth, the first aircleaner pictured by JB would be correct for your late '64 FST. Smooth top ended late '63 unless I am mistaken, since my early '64 FHT has the same original filter on it.

i just wrapped up fully Restoring this NON-USA 2F 1/79-10/85 Air Box
I learned that HOT-Tanking the whole darn thing prior to media blasting it inside and out makes short work of the original OEM chassis black bomb proof coating ..,
I hope you find your needed air box soon …

So you found what you were after? There is actually two version of the early oil bath air cleaners. The FJ25 had a draft tube on the oil fill tube. Then slits in the valve cover. In the US at least the FJ40 had a tube in the air cleaner for a hose to the valve cover and PCV valve on the oil that went to the base of the carburetor. The flat top round opening originally went to the opening in the apron. A hose went between the two. Some time during 1961 the opening in the apron stopped. The air cleaner stayed the same until 64. Not sure of the exact date. I have a number of early air cleaners. Not sure of the condition of them but know a few are the early flat top. Not sure if any are from the non PCV used on the FJ25.
