I know I'm late to the party, but there is another way. If you have a harmony remote, Logitech will update a toyota profile on your account that will work. It took the rep a coupe if tries to get the correct buttons to work but he finally did it. My car is a 2014 land cruiser by the way. He said that the manufacturer of the DVD player is Panasonic and that he was going to make this knowledge available on their forums, so that customers with this problem can be taken care of promptly . I hope this helps anybody else having this issue in the future.
Hi,
So I have a similar problem for a 2013 Toyota Prado Altitude edition. The remote looks like a 86170-45030 (similar to 86170-60110) but not quite the same. Anyone know the codes or setup file for this?
Was going to try and do the logitech route but when I sent them a message they were not particularly helpful.. Do you have a specific Logitech contact by any chance or any other ideas?

Used this method to replace a missing remote on my newly purchased 2015 200 series. Works great and super straightforward. Thanks for sharing.

@NC237 Thanks for this! Another success story on our '11 LX.

Thank You NC237! It worked flawlessly on mine, 2013 LC. I had to try several time in order to copy it on my remote.

Amazon indicates that they're out of the remote with no date for replacement...any other choices?

After you bought a replacement remote did you have to “pair” it to your dvd? Or did it work right out of the box?
When I bought a replacement there was no pairing needed, it just worked.

BTW, I now have an extra remote for a 2013 LC, it's a little dinged up and is missing the battery door but all functions work. If anyone needs it let me know.

Would this work for 16+?
