I'm out-- sorry! Stay out of the old sections unless you just wanna wallow like a pig. Good luck!

I think I am out too, looks like I will be installing a new garage door opener this weekend instead :bang::bang:

Well, I ended up installing the garage door opener today, so I guess I will be washing my hair this weekend :flipoff2::flipoff2:

just too hot :crybaby::crybaby: for me even with the AC

That's why we're going super early. We're leaving Macon at 7-7:30 so we can get started by 9. I don't think we'll stay very late. I mean, by the time 1 rolls around it's going to be 110 degrees (or at least feel like it).

It sure is rainy today... Might get ugly tomorrow. I'll make sure I bring my tow strap. :hillbilly:

you don't want to do DT in the mud!!! Some parks get nasty, DT gets downright bad especially in the old section.

Meh. I'm still gonna go. I'll try to find some dry spots.

Like Ted said, just stay out of the old area. The new area is more rocks and better. Old area when wet can eat a truck on 35's easily...

So looking at the web site "maps" aka hand drawn scribbly chicken scratch, is that area 2? The newer one?

I believe so, it is closer to the main office/sign in area. It also has a trail named Slippery Nipple if it is on your map

Park 2 is where the best stuff is and in particular slippery nipple. Park 1 is where all the slop is.

There's also a good rocky section right off of Randolph Church Rd. about 1/2 b/w the main buildings and Daniel Springs Rd. (the dirt road that leads to park 1), it'll be on your left. Keep a sharp eye out, it's kinda easy to miss.

Yeah we just stayed in park 2. I saw slippery nipple and I thought about trying it but we saw a BUILT full size Bronco with 44 swampers struggling on one of the ledges. I changed my mind after that. I also broke a motor mount on one of the hill climbs. A little too much bouncy bouncy. So, now I will be installing the bomb proof mounts I have. Will post some pics vids when I get them off my camera.

looks like you had a good time and the engine sounds great, thanks for saring.

But...Are you telling us that big arse red Bronco at the 1:20 mark of your last video couldn't make it up Slippery Nipple? Seriously?
