I finally got my camera working. Got some door panels made and was pretty happy how they came out. Unfortunately they are the end product. The panels are MDF. The outside I took 3M adhesive and lined it with a plastic (actually a glad trash bag). On the inside I lined it with a thin foam. It's water proof and was sold at the upolstery shop. They sell it in a roll. It also has sound deadening qualities. Over that I stretched glued and stapled the vynal. I am stoked. They are simple, but clean!

Those are sick, I like the idea of making them waterproof. Cool Stuff

MDF is like particle board, but much finer particles. Usually tan in color and very smooth. It absorbs water like a sponge so you want to protect it. It doesn't dry all nice; stays thick and yucky (that's a technical term of coarse). I think I used 1/8th inch. There are different thicknesses, but I used the one closest to the original thickness. I didn't want it to stick out from the door too far.

MDF = Medium Density Fiberboard

looking good! :beer: How did you get the panels to clip back into the door frame?

I used the original pattern, which has holes for the connection clips. I got all the clips that I was missing from SOR and put them back in just like the stock affair. The cab that I am rolling in is rust terminal so I am making everything to be able to remove and put in a worthy cab. Someday...

Wow

Those are beautiful! Suddenly I'm not looking for the OEM stock ones anymore. I like yours way better. If you took step by step photos would make a great build thread! Thanks for sharing Great Job!!!!
