Could someone recommend the best grease to use for this?? Or should I let it as is? Looks like it needs some help. Thanks

What I like about this grease is that it is resists being washed off and acts as a rust preventer. The fact it is synthetic and offers wear resistance is also a plus.

Clean the old stuff off first.

Thanks again Byron, and yes @middlecalf it will all be cleaned and power washed like new. Then the new grease will be applied.
