Does anyone know when the 2020 Heritage Edition will actually hit dealers?

I pulled mine off. I feel they just collect dirt.

If anyone has HE and removed those rear pillar emblems and wants find a new home for them, please PM me. Gladly will take them off your hands. Thanks!

I did the Ironman lift this go around. You can adjust the front all the way up to be level. But I had to replace the upper control arms, so the alignment would be perfect. So far really like it. It’s does sit a lot higher then my 17 with OME.

Finally got my HC edition yesterday. Ordered it in August, it shipped in October and picked it up yesterday. So far everything it great, now that I see fishing white HC I may look into the ironman lift to bring p the front. Will put ARB storage units in the back and maybe sliders

Those trucks look SO good in black IMO. So clean without the stupid door moldings.

They kinda have a 90s vibe with the wheels and old school emblems. Love them.

I’m liking the thought of those emblems on my cruiser now..

Anyone that removed them I’d be interested

I just bought a set of the original ones which are readily available on eBay or elsewhere. Just have to remove screws with dremmel or similar and add adhesive.

Definitely a personal taste thing. I don’t like them at all in black.

you are 2nd in line. Look post 302 ;)
Oh, I know.

I’d actually be good with new parts depending on price.. they usually do a great job with the adhesive on these things.

Actually, can someone with a HE get a measurement for us on the height of the emblem? Maybe run a tape line out from the bottom of the cargo area window and a measurement to the bottom of the emblem from this line?

How much 3m tape are they using on the back? Can someone do picture from the back?

I haven’t seen a HE emblem yet but have messed with other auto emblems. It is usually a die-cut 3M tape around the back all the letters and surfaces. Would be quite time consuming to reproduce.

Thx That is what I thought. Too much work ;)

I laid a 2-foot level along a line where the body stops and window trim begins (the straight part, ignoring the curve near the back of the window).

The emblem is attached 2-inches above my level line +/- 1/16 of an inch (Obviously I lack precision measurement tools).

Also the bottom of the emblem lies in a parallel line with the bottom of the window.

HTH,
Lee

Awesome! Thanks.

At this point Eric is saying the new emblems aren’t available yet.

I bought one of the 75305-60011 emblems. Plan is to mount it to a sheet of anodized aluminum and use that as a front plate since my state doesn't require one, and that space is kinda ugly.

I'll report back if it is a different size than the "new" version.

BTW, asked at the dealer if they could find out what number our HE is (of the 1200 planned to be produced). They didn't think it was possible, but would look into it - no response yet. If anyone knows how and/or where to look for that sort of thing, I could get some bonus points with the wife.

Ok. Don’t buy one.
I didn’t. I bought a white one.

Don’t take my comment as a personal attack. It isn’t one. As I said, this is very much a personal preference. It doesn’t mean that I’m right and you’re wrong, or vice versa.

I’ll confirm having done it. The 75305-60011 is an ultra pain in the ass to adhere. I will be having our body shop do it going forward.
