I accepted a position in Ridgeland and start in about a month. Will be living out of a suitcase for a while until I can get the house on the Coast (or the one in Memphis, for that matter) sold and get the moved up there with me.

It'll be good to finally put a face on some of the assholes that frequent this board!

I survived 7 years in Memphis.... Jackson can't be that bad.

I should have it listed this weekend, I'll post the link when I do.

It's 2250~ sq ft, completely remodeled after Katrina, sits on 1/2 acre with a s***-ton of citrus trees in the Bayou View area of Gulfport, about a mile and a half north of the tracks. It also has a 300 sq ft heated and cooled work shop. It appraised for $240k (I believe, will have to pull out the paperwork again) in December, I'll probably list it at $229,900~. Great neigborhood, very desireable area, the best neighbors I've ever had... I really hate to leave it! Hopefully, it won't sit too long.... I'll be living out of a suitcase with the staying in Gulfport until I can get it sold.
