I have a 1964 built FJ45LPB and am currently dissasembling for a resto. Got my seats apart and see the tab in there for the head rests.

Would the drivers side seat have headrest?

If so would the passengers?

I found nonoe of the internal head rest parts inside of the pass side seat.
Thanks

The way you are phrasing this, it sounds like you have buckets. stock is a bench seat (no headrests, as mentioned).

First thought is to agree with the others.

BUT.....what if someone changed JUST THE SEATBACK from a pre 73 FJ40? I'm thinking the back portion of the seat would be substantially similar to that of the original 45 seat, and I've seen headrest provisions in some of the later model bench seat 40s.

Just a thought.
