I noticed the other day my DRL's no longer come on. No idea why. Everything else functions fine and is status quo. Highbeams work fine so not the bulbs. Doesn't appear to have a separate fuse anywhere. I know there are a DLR relay's on the passenger side. Any easy way to test / check it? Other ideas that might make them not turn on?

Is your battery light on? The “sense” wire from your alternator can cut the ground to the DRL’s.

Only place I know to check is your E-brake. If it's engaged, even by just a click, the BRAKE light on your dash will come on and your DRL's will stay off. If not, I'd look into your DRL relay
GREAT answer, while at hih this year, I left my truck running when we stopped on the high passes.....had truck in park and E-brake on...for the life of me, I could not figure out why the drl's were not on, but back on when driving, now I know. Thanks.

That e-brake DRL's off thing is nice, perfect for warming the truck up in the early cold morning and not waking the neighbors.
Or the Christmas light display that you drive through, one click, DRL's off and now you drive in the dark except for the Christmas lights.
Also good for creeping.

Creeping, like snooping. Going around in a 3 ton behemoth of a vehicle where you probably shouldn't. Or on the other hand, not disturbing a place with light to remain relatively hidden

Sounds right. Of course, I understand the definition of 'creeping', but was wondering how it might apply to a 100 series.

Ok I'm an idiot... the passenger side bulb WAS out. When I flashed the high beams in the garage the low beams come on as well. Wasn't paying attention.... IDIOT!!!!

New bulb and all is good.

O.K. what is 'creeping'? Serious question...I really don't know.

It was meant as a joke.

But creeping in a Land Cruiser would be sitting at the end of the block with binoculars or a SLR, having the a/c or heater on would warrant the DRL's being off so you are not obvious when sitting there. Just a parked car with no one in the drivers seat because you're in the back seat where the windows are tinted so you can't be seen.

O.K. I get it now. Like teenage daughter out on a date surveillance. More 'covert' than "creeping' perhaps. :)

He also had a full sized Blazer, it was brown. And back then they were full time 4x4 too.
