Negative. 95+ use a crank position sensor that is mounted in the upper oil pan. The crank has a reluctor and a different oil pump gear. So, you would need to swap all that over.
Aside from that the long block is a go. Some intake and exhaust manifold differences so you’d need to reuse those.
