Time to copy hellbents fender protection? I know I plan to... at some point... when I'm less lazy
I was thinking some kind of heavy rubber... mimicking the OEM look, but more bendy. Ideas?

The local plastics guy here in ottawa was telling me he could vacuum form fenders that would pop back out if you pushed them in... no idea price ect... maybe I should start selling them to 80 owners that don't know how wide their trucks are...
You could mold a set with a plaster cast, a shop vac, a sheet of bakers Teflon, and a large oven (pizza oven).
