We make it in Mendoza to get some work done. We get our tire repaired explore a little, discover we have lost our title, then head to the mountains to get lost.

This past week I had the opportunity to meet up with Tim and Kelsey for coffee in Phoenix. I had a Great time listening to their stories and sharing some of my own. Seeing Goose up close was a treat. Their spirit of Adventure is truly inspiring. What started out as an early meet for coffee turned into a 3 1/2 hour visit. Thanks for meeting up with me one of the few highlights of 2020.
We get to the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, and do some exploration on foot. We find ourselves wandering around the famous Recoleta Cemetery. It is both grand and a little creepy. So much history, come take a walk with us!
We know how intimidating borders can be so we put together this quick guide to crossing borders Overland in the Americas with a vehicle. Before we left on our own trip we had trouble finding good information or even where to begin our research, what sort of documents should we be carrying with us? What copies should we have? Do we need visas? So many questions for so many countries! Well here we share our experience, our mistakes, and give you a great place to start your research.

We get to El Chaltén and hike the famous Monte Fitz Roy. Come along for this beautiful hike.
This week we make it to the End of the Ruta 40 and mainland Argentina where we get to see Penguins! Then we cross the Strait of Magellan to Tierra Del Fuego, we are almost to the bottom of the world!

We make our way across Tierra Del Fuego, to the end of the road, the bottom of the world, the farthest point south you can drive. Pretty crazy. Come along as we realize a dream and take in the beauty all around.
We visit Ushuaia, then head north to visit Chile's most southern point outside of Punta Arenas,. We visit a friend in Puerto Natales and then make our way towards Torres Del Paine, where we share some struggles of this adventure.
We visit the Torres del Paine National Park in Chile, take in the stunning scenery and then make our way north backtracking a bit into Argentina until we can cross back into Mainland Chile. Once in Chile we drive through Parque Patagonia and head south on the Carretera Austral.
Come along to enjoy more views and sites along the Carretera Austral. We visit some marble caves, take a larger ferry, and just take in this incredible place.
We continue making our way north in Chile, taking in all we can, but as we get to the more populated areas we decide because of the ongoing protests in Chile to head back to Argentina to enjoy the little bit of time we have left in South America. We find some surprise hot springs and try to just "soak" up our surroundings.
