As the headline states, I am wondering if the size and pattern changed over the year. I need to replace my driver and passenger floor on my -67 and want to get the pattern right . I know there are several manufacturers on the tins ,but I just want it to look stock when replaced. Please drop some hints on where to get the tins I need.

the later driver floor plan will match up just fine for your 67. What you will encounter is extra ribs in the rear of the pan and no holes for your jack clip but that is easy to add in. The tool box that the driver seat clips into will need to be salvaged from your old floor and welded back onto the new one.

the passenger floor is a little different in how the seat mounts and the captured nuts for the seats won't be there. But you should be able to make the replacement pan work as long as you carry over the seat mount bracket from your current floor. Tank well is the same.

The BIG difference with the floor boards is the center piece at the rear of the transmission tunnel cover. That piece is significantly different from 74? and later and the earlier kind that your 67 has.

real steel floor boards include the fuel tank well iirc

CCOT does not

Many changes over the years. 64-72 will be the closest. The gas tank and transmission cover changed in 73. There is a channel behind the transmission that also went away in 73. Earlier then 64 had a different tool box under the left seat. The hump in the floor for the vacuum shifter on the transfer case was a little different as well.
