It is part of the tachometer.

And there seems to be a bunch of different part numbers for the tachometer for all the various years and models of 70s.. But knowing your model and year of Cruiser you're trying to match it to would make finding a match easier.

Whether they're available or not is not my specialty though.... Where are you located?
