Lot of work and time to get it right .
Also a bit of monney to get all the parts thermocouted, my friend builds headers for BMW .and told me about this ..it will bring the heat down about 300-400- degrees.. will see.
2h engine with evvrything gone over and re zink plated ..24 volts truck starts at half a turn of the starter..!
rust free truck from the CA desert. interior is in excellent condition ..Blue color. left hand drive truck.
This is my third 60 series all diesels..but you can't beat the HZ engine.. sorry.
i will post more pics after some one can tell me how to do it , it only let me uploud 3 frames.

Dual Fans are great conected in series will work fine with 24v.
Lots of cfm plus they dual speed ....
the IC looks small but thats becouse i don't want to start running so much piping in front of the rad for the big one .. will see how performs and then ..
i got today some pics with all the stuf in it, and running sounds really good spools right away..
i will take it to the dyno once im finish.

Impressive (and beautiful) build! That's a great idea, splitting the fans the way the headlights are! I've been thinking of doing that for my fog lights too. How hot do you expect it to get though?

Holly thread revival bud..... I built the same turbo setup, I was wondering whether you were able to close the hood or not with your setup? Mine won't close and it may need a bit of surgery. I really don't want to rearrange everything with regards to the turbo. Can u post some pics of the truck with the hood closed?

Hi there .. the hood wont close with this set up . I did had to build a scoop for the part that sticks out and at the same time is better for cooling the intercooler...

Ok, I figured. If u look at my thread I did exactly what u did, I used your thread for inspiration. Will see if I can make a scoop. No inter cooler for me though, just making room for the turbo.
