Does anyone have a suggestion on how to remove these “l” shaped diamond plate patches in the rear half doors of my 72 FJ40? They are riveted on and I want to see what is hiding behind. Thanks.

I go the other way - larger drill that cuts the head off, then tap the rest of the rivet through the hole.
