My friends are never going to let me live this down..... They think it's funny to sing that Alicia Keyes song "This Girl is on Fire" when I walk in the room and have sent me pictures of motor boating with a tag line "Only you can prevent forest fires". But the idle going up after you let off the brake was the leak at the caliper and probably that dry rotted hose - replaced it and it is gone now.
