They make excellent tractors. Unfortunately they are not available in the US market. We do have quite a few fendt tractors here

They were in the 70's and 80's. A friend of my dad had one. It was one of the larger models (at the time) which pulled a 6-bottom plow with ease. I recall him demonstrating how cool it ran, even under load. He stopped the tractor, pulled the engine oil dip stick and laid it across his fore-arm. Warm, not hot.

I didn't know that they were no longer sold in the states. Explains why I haven't seen any new ones running in the fields recently. Thanks
