Love this place, always good to know what was installed by the PO.
I seriously would never had thought to think the thermostat was not stock, I mean why would anyone change it?

Hopefully will be putting the rebuilt drive lines and exhaust on tomorrow if i can get a break from work :)
 
Hi there, I'm one of them following this thread everyday. I just started restoring a 1970 FJ40 I picked up in Winnsboro, Louisiana two months ago. It has an 80K mile F engine, the rest is fine, thanks to CCOT the really rusted parts have been changed. I'm in Spring, TX (The Woodlands) really. If you don't mind, I like to email you with some questions. I'll start my restore thread soon.
