We have a complete 1979 FJ55 frame for your Pig.

VIN: FJ55-101184 - this corresponds to a late January 1979 build according to the SOR VIN decoder.

This is a nice frame - straight with very little rust. It comes with everything you see here - F/R axles, etc.

Package Deal: frame comes with a Cruiser Outfitters 3" lift kit (OME EMU Dakar). The shocks are currently MIA.

No title. That is missing but you can apply for a new one, this process will vary by state.

$1,999 - basically buy the lift kit and get a clean frame at no extra cost!

Here are the extra parts!
The Cruiser Outfitters (OME EMU Dakar) is indeed the Heavy kit - just look at all those leaf springs!!!
Also includes an extra set of factory 55 springs.
Includes drive shafts, steering box and linkage, spare tire lift winch, etc.

Any idea why the front crossmember is a piece of rectangle tubing?
Are the front mounting holes for the core support now on this piece of flat stock welded to the piece of channel iron that’s welded to the rectangle tubing?

It has aftermarket high-steer arms of unknown origin and what looks like aftermarket engine mount brackets:

We have absolutely no idea what motivated that mod.
We are trying to run down some details, but it sounds like this was a project Pig that did not get finished and then has changed hands a few times.
