Maybe we need to do more recruiting and inviting, here on the forums and around town. There are tons of people with FL listed as location on here.

What was the Overland Rally event like?

I've been too damn busy with work and my side jobs to participate... and the fact that the weather is finally getting nice, it's time to take my daughter back to Disney and get some use out of the passes...

But yeah, probably the only thing we can all "afford" at the moment is a tech session to fix stuff we can't afford someone else to do for us! :)

A tech session would be nice. AKA a drinking session :beer::beer:

Very Nice!!
A slide in camper with a slide out. I like it.

A trip is in order. Rubicon?

That is a pretty sweet looking setup. Looks like your ready to take it all with you while your getting away from it all!

Rubicon for sure! I am sleeping in my 60 on Luis's trailer but if the weather isn't nice perhaps I can move in with Rocky for a night or two! Sweet combo rig Rocky! Can't sleep in Steve's rig because I'd dream of french fries all night and can sleep in Luis's because there's not enough leg room even though I've heard that Jerry, his wife, and two kids plus the family dog spent nights in his 40!

Toyota Trails had a writeup on one a year or so ago. The FJ40 model they tested cost $85K. Still overpriced.

Awesome drive train. IIRC it had a TPI 350, NV4500, Atlas transfer case, D60 and D44. If they would put a D60 up front instead of the D44 it would be indestructible.
