I'm sure we'll get our fill of turkey (the animal) the following week. I'll check with the tresurer and see what we can come up with. If I am lucky next week, maybe a few venison steaks over a camp fire, add a few ears of corn and a baked potato(e), sounds good to me.

I'll let you know when you get to Hard Rock. Bring your GPS...

A much better plan! That makes me very hungry! Let me know what I can bring other than a case of ARB catalogues, some Old Man Emu hats, some ARB 4x4 hats, and an E Z tire deflator with its own ARB pouch that I scored for the club to raffle off. This came from a conversation with the ARB rep at the truck fest.

well I think we are going to have a group of 6-10 coming, so please let me know what to bring to help out with the meal
thanks

All the experience seems to be right here on IH8MUD. Good mechanics are hard enough to find, let alone Cruiser knowledgeable mechanics.

Many people have had to start working on their own Cruisers. Definitely not out of desire, but out of necessity.

Don't know your situation or skill level or if you even have tools, but people that haven't ever picked up a wrench before get help here. Some have never gone to a mechanic again.
Post any problem up in the 80 section. No matter what the trouble is, someone will have experienced it and can walk you through it.

The ARB guy gave you a deflator , he must have really liked you . He only gave me a key chain

They're Turkey corndogs covered in stuffing then deep fried . It's all the rave out west . Well looks like my son and soon to be bride will be unable to attend . Seems the unit he got assigned to at Ft Stewart is having their Military Ball the same weekend . So he will be partaking in the Ball instead of Turkey Trot . I was thinking about blowing the dust off my old class A uniform and attending it with him , but once I removed it from the closet I quikly realized I'm to fat to fit in it anymore . So I put it back and went out to the garage and inventory my camping stuff . Maybe I'll bring some sweet potatoe fries to go with them turkey dogs
